What is Static Website?

A static website's online pages contain preset content. Every website has the same information and is written in HTML for all visitors. Static websites are the easiest to create and are the most basic. Unlike editable websites, they don't require Web code or database design. You can create a simple website by just creating a few HTML pages and sending them to a Web server.

Static Web sites have set code, so unless the administrator actively updates them, the text of each page stays the same. This is effective for small websites, but it can be challenging to manage large websites with hundreds or thousands of pages. Larger websites therefore frequently employ dynamic pages, which can be changed by merely altering a database entry. Templates are frequently used in the creation of static websites with lots of sections. This allows multiple sites to be updated simultaneously and contributes to the site's uniform design.
