What is SDRAM?

Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory is known as SDRAM. It's a lot, but if you learn it by heart, you'll really blow your peers away. Because SDRAM gets information from two groups of memory sequentially, it is an enhancement over conventional DRAM. By doing this, the latency that results from turning off one group of memory locations while turning on another is removed.

Because the memory is synced with the clock speed that the computer's Processor network speed is designed for, it is known as "Synchronous" DRAM. The Memory can operate more quickly the quicker the network speed. Since SDRAM speed is expressed in Megahertz, it is simple to compare SDRAM speed to CPU interface speed.
