Project Ubin is a collaborative project with the industry to explore the use of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) for clearing and settlement of payments and securities.

This project aims to help MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) and the industry to better understand DLT and potential benefits it may bring through practical experimentation and broad ecosystem collaboration in Tokenised Singapore Dollar, Rewiring Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) based money transfers, Delivery vs Payment (DvP) and Cross Border Payments.
